La maison d'amis

This guest cottage was tired and needed refreshing and my clients wanted to maximise natural light and comfort. I redesigned the first floor to create one spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate second WC, where before there were two bedrooms under the eaves which had caused several minor head injuries! The tiles originally surrounding the bath were reused around the reclaimed washbasin, and we used natural paint throughout. The kitchen was also redesigned in order to increase workspace, storage and light.
